Dear valued customer, we are aware of a problem with our training products that people are describing as "garbled or squeaky audio". This problem is related to an Adobe flash player update, released after our products were manufactured. We have a resolution on this issue on our technical support page. After implementing the fix, we recommend saying NO to future flash player updates (as re-installing the latest flash player causes the problem to recur). We are sorry for any inconvience.
