FAQ's

How much does an onsite QuickBooks class cost?
It depends on how many people need QuickBooks training. We generally recommend you have at least 10 people for an onsite QuickBooks class. Otherwise, it's often more affordable to send students to aour regularly scheduled live or online QuickBooks training class. When you call, our onsite seminar consultants will prepare a detailed quote for you.

How much customization do you do?
Our Mastering QuickBooks seminar receives rave reviews as is. We cover most everything QuickBooks can do for your business or organization.

We also understand that some of the features may be more or less important to your group. We will be happy to add in any special topics not covered in our normal agenda, and skip those topics your group would find less helpful.

For example, if you are non-profit organization, you might suggest we skip the section on Purchasing Inventory and Sales Taxes, and that you would like to focus more time on budgeting.

Most organizations say "just come out here and do your thing!", and leave the seminar extremely satisfied.

How can I pay for the seminar, and what is the billing process?
After you receive your quote, we require a down payment of 50% of the fee prior to booking the date. We accept corporate checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

What is the refund/cancellation policy for onsite seminars?
The onsite seminar is guaranteed upon receipt of the 50% downpayment.
Refunds will only be made if cancellation request is received in writing
5 business days prior to seminar (minus $1,500.00 cancellation fee).
Client will be responsible for airfare that is non-refundable in addition to applicable airline change fees.
