QuickBooks Training for New Users

As a new user, we recommend you begin with the essentials...

1. Begin by building a SOLID foundation in QuickBooks. The Mastering QuickBooks Level 1 training is designed to provide this foundation.

2. You should then build on this foundation with Mastering QuickBooks Level 2. This training focuses on tricky (but common) transactions, and powerful report techniques to get the information you need.

3. If you don't have an accounting background, we highly recommend you consider Mastering Accounting Basics for QuickBooks Users. You don't have to understand accounting to use QuickBooks…but you'll be a more CONFIDENT and accurate QuickBooks user if you do.

Complete the above products in order. If you are in the construction industry, we recommend Mastering QuickBooks for Construction. If you are a nonprofit, we recommend Mastering QuickBooks for Nonprofits. Then take advantage of our Microsoft Excel & Word training designed specifically for QuickBooks Users.
