At Real World Training, we strive to create trouble-free training products. However, we realize that different computer configurations can create conflicts with our software. This page contains resolutions to known issues with some of our CD/DVD-ROM training products.
If your problem is not listed, or if this page does not solve your installation or program operation problem, fill out a simple form to receive a call back from one of our support technicians. We will contact you within 1 business day, between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time, Monday-Friday.

Audio "Messed Up" - Sounds like "Chipmunk" - Starts OK then Gets Worse
Problem:
After installation, you try to play a topic and the audio starts off fine, then start "blipping", "chirping", and gets progressively worse until the audio sounds like a "Chipmunk".
This problem is due to a bug in a previous release of Adobe's Flash Player. However, Adobe has released a new flash player that resolves this issue in less than 5 minutes.
Solution:

The Table of Contents is missing topics from the end of the list (example: Day 1 shows, but not Day 2)
Problem:
After launching the training, the Table of Contents does not display properly. Only Day 1 is showing, not Day 2. Or the Appendix is missing.
This issue can occur if there is an interruption in your internet service, or if your internet service is slow. The Table of Contents first tries to load by reading a page on our website. If it gets interrupted while it is processing, the Contents may not fully load. You can disable your internet and force the Table of Contents to read from the disk instead of the internet.
Solution:
- Close the training product.
- Disable your internet (either unplug if you are hardwired in, or disable your wireless service).
- Launch the training product again.
